CONFERENCE FEE

All participants, including invited speakers, contributing speakers, session chairs, co-chairs, and committee members are supposed to pay the registration fee and their accommodation expenses by themselves. Participants are kindly requested to pay the registration fee of 200 EURO (100 EURO for students, which does not include the Conference Proceedings CD-ROM). The registration fee includes participation in lectures and poster sessions, access to the conference area, conference materials (Book of Abstracts and Proceedings CD-ROM mailed after the Conference), coffee and refreshments during the breaks, welcome party (14.09.2009), Conference dinner. The fee for accompanying persons (100 Euro) includes coffee and refreshments during the breaks, welcome party and Conference dinner.

Although payment of the conference fee during the registration is possible, all participants are kindly asked to arrange this until July 15, 2009. Participants from abroad should make their payments by bank transfer in Euros (EUR). For participants from Bulgaria payments should be made in Bulgarian Leva (BGN). Please clearly indicate the name of the participant, as well as the details of the payment (Registration fee for UFNO 2009) when completing the bank transfer.
